COVID-19 Update

To provide the best possible customer experience while keeping you and your family safe, CSN Collision Centres has introduced more health and safety protocols and contactless services so that we can continue to serve you while you maintain your physical distance. Here is what CSN is doing to keep you safe during your vehicle repair:

PICK UP DROP OFF • PHOTO ESTIMATES • SANITIZATION

PICK UP AND DROP-OFF

A CSN Collision Centres customer service specialist will arrange to have your vehicle picked up from a location of your choice. We will bring it to our facility and once the repairs are completed, we will thoroughly clean and sanitize your vehicle before coordinating a time to drop your vehicle back to you.

PHOTO ESTIMATING

Instead of bringing your vehicle in to have the estimate completed in-person you can submit photos of the damage to maintain your social distance. Once our team receives the photos, we will complete an initial assessment to help you make the decision about what to do next. The entire process can be completed online or via text message from the comfort of your home.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING

If you need your vehicle cleaned and sanitized for business or personal use CSN has the right tools and equipment to get the job done quickly and affordably. We use cleaning products and disinfectants that are not harmful to your vehicle interior. We follow best practices and industry guidelines to eliminate germs, bacteria, and viruses.
