My daughter and I were involved in a collision and Lynn helped make the most stressful situation seem manageable and worry free. She was so communicative and went above and beyond to help me through the collision/insurance process. They stayed open late the night of the collision so I could be towed back from Mississauga, and she even stepped in to help me get a rental car the very next day. It was such a distressing ordeal but I felt so looked after throughout the whole process. Anytime I was confused about insurance etc CSN stepped in to help simplify it for me, I cannot thank Lynn and everyone else enough!
