It is my first accident and I am not knowledgeable about rental and repair processes and I am thankful of Faz. He explained everything from rental to my car repairs. He told me in detail what to expect.

With 3 kids in the car, you can imagine how messy it was when I drop it off and picked it up like a brand new one, so clean. Faz gave me a timeline for the repairs and it was done earlier than the said date. All in all the job is well done.. The color of the bumper totally matched my car color. Happy customer is an understatement. They definitely surpass my expectation.

From a previous experience I realized that this collision center does good work. This morning I brought in my car because I had an issue with the driver side door. Bill Rogers looked at the problem and quickly provided a temporary fix. I am so thankful for the professional approach. I will take my car back for the permanent repair.

The entire team at CSN Golden Triangle was a pleasure to deal with while having our Tesla Model 3 repaired.

They handled everything with our insurance company once we submitted our claim. During the repair process, Faz was communicative and provided an update every week, which was reassuring while we waited for the necessary parts to arrive.

As an authorized Tesla repair centre, I was confident they would do a nice job on our car, but it turned out better than I could have imagined - it's virtually impossible to tell there was any damage in the first place, and it was squeaky clean inside and out when I picked it up. They even put our winter tires on at no additional charge, which is so very appreciated.

I would certainly use this shop again in the future, although I hope I don't have to!
