Friendly staff. My sports car was rear ended which required new fender and trunk fix. Maybe their waiting room area could be updated but staff were friendly and there were restaurants and coffee nearby for initial wait while they evaluated damage. They had my car for 7 weeks waiting for parts but had rental car from insurance co so no inconvenience. Car was repaired and was spotless. Black paint colour matched perfectly with rest of car. They even did some touch ups on scratches around the car using leftover paint. Would definitely recommend their services for collision repairs.
Even Enterprise car rental was conveniently across the street and also provided great service.

Appreciate CSN Howden professionalism and detail to repairing the vehicle . Along the way they called to provide updates during the repair! Looking at the vehicle today, know one would have known it was in an accident! The attention to repair and cleaning the vehicle was impressive! I recall when I purchased the vehicle from Ford Donway in 2023 it wasn't as detailed as when I picked it up at CSN Howden! The car looks well repaired and the interior was in better condition then when I purchased it from Donway Ford.

CSN HOWDEN team were great. First time coming in the shop, I was already welcomed and attended to. The company is ran by 2 brothers, company started by their uncle and father. It’s always nice to deal with a family owned business, creates an honest business relationship. Daniel took care of my case. Although there were more damages to the car than anticipated, it caused a bit of delay, I really appreciated how Daniel was very communicative, honest and transparent. He responded fast via phone and email. Even if he couldn’t get to the phone right away, he would still call back in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this shop for auto repairs, my car looks even better than the damage before! Freshly car washed and fine detailing to the interior. Thanks again CSN HOWDEN!

There was a crack in my bumper and these guys did fabulous work, looks like a brand new car now. The process was very easy and the guy at the front desk explained everything in detail. Trust me guys any repair works you need please consult them first.

These guys were great. Worked directly with my insurance company, quick and the quality of work was top notch. Very pleased with the repairs I had done. Great customer service as well. Would highly recommend.

I went in for bumper repair and Daniel assisted me in the estimate and time of repair. It took 4 days to complete and was on schedule. Very straight forward dealing with them without issue. Car looked new after repair. Very happy with the service and will use them again if the need arises.

All the staff here are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, quick and reliable. They say good work is hard to find these day's but CSN produces A quality work! I have absolutely zero complaints and they even went the extra mile to do some small personal request. Will most definitely come back in the future should I need any vehicle repair's.
