Brought my car in after an accident.
The entire passenger side of my vehicle was damaged, and they made it brand new again! Customer service was outstanding, right from the first call whom I spoke with Madison at front desk. They managed to get me an appointment fairly quickly. (They are a busy body shop.. because they are the best!) Madison set me up with a rental pick up right from the body shop which as very convenient. And same on pick up day, very convenient. I was updated on the repairs consistently. John and Vince both reassured me that they give full warranty on all the repairs done, which is a peace of mind. And I got my car back clean!!!! I’m very thankful and grateful for all the wonderful people and work this place does! Thanks again to the team at J&J! God bless 👏

CSN JJ Dominion Collision Is highly recommend for any car repairs. Their technicians fixed my BMW promptly, efficiently and the staff very polite and knowledgeable. This is without a doubt the best service I have ever had for my car, bar none. Everyone I talked to either on the telephone or in person was so incredibly sincere and professional. They went above and beyond in regards to my lease and in regards to communicating with my insurance. They did an exceptional job with my car and updated me every step of the way.
