Amazing customer service! My car was towed here by the insurance company for a repair quote and Mark met me at the door. One of the first things he asked was whether I paid the tow driver, making sure I didn’t get scammed as insurance already covered it. He outlined their appraisal process so I knew what would happen to my car and answered the questions I had. Tracy was also very fast to reply to my email inquiries. I have now dealt wtih Koebel's on two occasions and have found their customer service and collision repair work are top of the line. Mark Moniz is by far the best customer service rep I have ever had. He is very pleasant, and always takes the time to explain everything to you. You never feel rushed with Mark. A very friendly person who cares about you as a customer. The work that Koebel's does is outstanding. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I have had two positives experiences there and fully recommend them.

Had a car accident days before I was set to leave the country and the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas, working efficiently with my insurance company and keeping me informed while I was away, couldn’t be happier! My daughter has a white Hyundai which the paint on the hood was peeling which I feel Hyundai should have covered because I have seen many of the white Hyundai vehicles peeling. Anyway Chris and his crew did an amazing job and also got the glass company in to replace the windshield which had a crack across it. The vehicle was clean when returned. Painless transaction.
The vehicle looked better than the factory finish. Thank you.
