My car had substantial damage from a collision, and repairs, both mechanical and aesthetic, were tended to very well. The car drives well and looks new again. Along with the repairs, the entire staff (from admin to mechanics) provided assurance and excellent service. They were friendly and thorough. The owner of this shop picked me up from my home so that I can take my repaired car back. Thank you to an excellent team at Martino Brothers on Dundas West in Toronto.

Martino Brothers, and most specifically Andrew, saved my day and sanity!

I walked in this morning feeling desperate after being in a car accident and Andrew was so kind, patient and helpful. He let me know he would try his best and get the estimate as soon as possible. He kept his word- having a verbal quote and ensuing the car was safe within 2 hours! My daughter has her driving text tomorrow and now we can still do it, thanks to him. We will be returning for sure when the work gets done.

If there was a silver lining to my car getting hit by another car, it was coming across this business. The manager, Pet, was personable and very responsive and the subsequent interactions we've had with staff about other matters serve as examples of how customer service should be offered. They will be my go-to for any repairs I need in the future.
