Norgate went Above & Beyond when they fixed the dent in the hatch of my SUV. The finished look was Amazing!! They even cleaned the Inside of my car. Spotless. I was so impressed I called them back shortly after I picked my car up. I will recommend Norgate to everyone.

I was referred by another shop as they couldn't fit me in until May. CSN Norgate got me in 4 February. I was pleased with the Agents knowledge of autos & her tender care of me.
My veh was done in a few short days. They kept me posted daily which I greatly appreciated. They listened 2 all my concerns & even fixed a fender I had damaged previously 2 this accident. I loved how they matched the paint & everything looks new.
I was most impressed that they washed the outside of my vehicle & also cleaned my floor mats, vacuumed & put all my junk on the floor boards into a bag so I could sort thru it & decide where 2 store it or what to get rid of.

I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer that led to significant damage to my car (the deer survived). I called Wood Wheaton Honda whose staff recommended Norgate.

Elisha was the first person with whom I spoke. She quickly set a friendly and helpful approach for getting my car repaired. I had an estimate appointment booked very quickly over the holiday season.

At the appointment, Elisha assessed the car and needs. She made a loaner vehicle available to me.

Elisha worked very hard to communicate with me through the claim and provided helpful and timely updates along the way. I ask a lot of questions, and she was very knowledgeable and open in explaining everything to my satisfaction.

The car was expected to be in repair for about three weeks. I was very happy when Elisha called at just over two weeks to tell me it was ready and had been to Honda for calibration.

Keith handled the return of my car and the sign off. He was as pleasant as Elisha, and very reassuring about making right any concerns that I might notice with the vehicle afterward.

While I don’t have the mechanical knowledge to assess their work, the car looks to be in pristine condition following the repair. Norgate’s staff were thorough… they even cleaned the inside of the vehicle, something I didn’t expect but certainly appreciated.

After this experience, I would be pleased to recommend CSN Norgate to anyone needing autobody work.

Shout out to Keith Parnell. Did a great job reviewing my vehicle for ways to save money on an out of pocket (non-ICBC) vehicle repair. The whole team was great too from the moment they took in my vehicle. They even drove me to my required destination after I dropped off my vehicle.

The staff were very friendly, Keith went above and beyond to keep me informed on the repairs and the outcome was very well done. My car was returned to me shiny and clean and I was more than pleased that they were able to replace my windshield as well not incurred in the accident but at my experience which saved me another trip into a shop.
