Phenomenal service. Literally the best vehicle body repair organization I have ever used. Immaculate facility, incredible customer service, excellent staff that completed the repairs perfectly. Everything including my temporary vehicle was already organized and ready when I dropped off the vehicle.

When I picked up my repaired vehicle it was like new. The exterior was polished and the interior was completely cleaned and detailed, it looked like a new truck.

I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for any type of vehicle body and structure repairs.

Went above and beyond. I went to CSN Owen Sound for a small repair of my front fender. When I went to pick up my car, it looked better than the day I bought it. The interior and exterior of the car was cleaned and detailed. Blending/matching of the new fender was seamless. The technicians even used the extra paint to touch up any paint scratches/chips all over the car. I would recommend, and definitely go back if needed.

While in the states we had a car blow thru a stop sign and clip the side of my truck. CSN was who my insurance deals with and they did a great job, even replaced a headlight bulb that was out on my truck even though it wasn’t part of the accident. Great service and very happy with the results.

I am so impressed with the whole experience. From Bing who did the estimate, office staff, employees workmanship to the way the vehicle looked. They cleaned the inside as well. I have a low mileage 2015 Silverado that was hit from the side; the entire impact centered on the 2 doors. The doors were destroyed and locked in place overlapping one another such that I could not get out. Not to mention the damage to all the areas around the doors that were also bent out of shape and crushed. From the beginning VR Collision treated me with a professional and and reassuring manner as I am very "fussy" with my vehicles. I recieved a pictorial update and I was amazed at the extensive nature of the repair. Yet; when I picked it up today, I could not tell it had ever been damaged. The paint was a flawless match, the panel fit and finish was even and the same as before, and the entire vehicle cleaned before I picked it up. I immediately took it to Krown for rustproofing. Likely unnecessary as all the new panels are factory prepped as the originals were and all areas sealed to factory specs....but I'm fussy. Krown could not see any evidence of a repair underneath or anywhere else. They said usually they can tell at least from seeing some overspray of paint.
But such was not the case. They too were impressed.
