The shop was extremely clean and staff we're very kind and knowledgeable. During the free estimate appointment they provided a quick fix to stop my door from crunching, just until my actual appointment. They provided a courtesy car for me to use while my car was getting fixed. Repairs were completed timely and masterfully. It looked like my car was never in an accident. Very positive experience!

GREAT COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER GOODWILL...'LISA' HAS BEEN A MOST PATIENT & EMPATHETIC FACE OF PARKER'S DURING THE RECENT TIME TAKEN TO RESOLVE AN ICBC CLAIM POST-COVID...DURING THE INSPECTION 'GABE' HELPED FURTHER BY DEMYSTIFYING THE ASSESSMENT, WHICH LEAD TO THE EVENTUAL REPAIR DATE--THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE ORIGINAL INCIDENT DATE...DEFINITELY COMING AWAY WITH BETTER AWARENESS OF THIS SECTOR & WOULD STRONGLY URGE THAT PARKER'S BE CONSIDERED BY ANY READERS HAVING TO GO THRU SUCH A PROCESS, EXCEPT MAYBE CONSIDER OTHER ALTERNATIVES FOR A RENTAL/COURTESY VEHICLE (ANOTHER STORY...); BEST WISHES ONLY TO ALL THE STAFF @ PARKER'S!

Parker's is amazing! Perfect & immaculate repair works done on my Tesla! I will recommend Parker's to any Tesla owners for repair works. They are 1 of the 3 authorized Tesla repair shop in town, but I just don't understand why when I went to Tesla's store on Douglas few months ago, they recommend me to go to the authorized shop in Millstream Rd where I clearly told them my work is on Bridge Street?!?!

Trustworthy and reliable - staff went out of their way to assist me with scheduling work to meet my needs. Work was completed on time and they even went that extra mile to vacuum inside and clean interior windows for me before returning. I highly recommend Parker’s for your auto-body needs!

I would definitely recommend this company. It was recommended to me by my dealership. The first top award would go to the staff and their attitude. They obviously work as a team and were always very friendly and attentive. I witnessed their treatment of an elderly gentlemen that came in with some accidental self inflicted damage to his car. They were sensitive and appropriate to assist him to get his car back in tip top shape. My vehicle was well looked after and I have recommended them to others. A good company to support
