Penney’s is the best body shop in town. Took my Tesla Model Y in for some work and was blown away by the professionalism, work speed, work quality and genuinely kind staff. My car came back faster than I expected and it was sparkling (exterior and interior).

I always trust my vehicle repairs to Penneys. Service is honest, efficient, and they truly care about doing a good job. The wait time to book is worth it (they are popular!) Thanks to all the team members who fixed my vehicle repair.

Johnny and his team did an awesome job of fixing a gremlin with an M3 headlight that they had replaced during a repair last summer. Fantastic warranty service. Hoping I never need an Autobody shop again, but it is Vancouver, so realistically at least I know where I will be going for repairs next time….

I brought in my Civic 2023 due to a nasty deep dent after a hit and run. They offered a very friendly and professional customer service. They initially said it would take 5 business days but my car was ready 2 and a half day later, I did not even have time to use the complimentary car they lent to me.

Like so many others, I generally prefer not to leave any feedback good or bad unless it is really bad. But I had a very positive experience at Penny Auto Body and so I would like to show my appreciation by leaving a comment or two. I brought in my Volkswagen for a body repair claim and a separate windshield repair claim. An appointment was effortlessly set up for both claims in-person and any Emails I had sent after were answered in a timely manner. I was even provided with a courtesy vehicle during the repair. The repair itself was done within a few days and the job looks amazing! All the sensors behind the windshield are working as they should. I would not hesitate to go back if I were to need repairs again. There are probably some things I may have left out, but I can not thank them enough for the job well done and the short turn-around time.

I went to this mechanic twice after my hit and run accidents and both times they were very professional; completed the repairs on time as quoted. The second time I needed my car fixed right away and they were able to do it for me due to my situation. I will definitely come back in the future if I need car services. 100% recommend them. Communication was easy through text message. I hate dealing with ICBC but Penney auto body shop made the process easier.

Great service, they were able to see me the next day on my model S for a window chip repair. Many glass places are avoiding Tesla, glad to see this Tesla approved shop able to help on short notice.

We used Penney Auto Body several times. We are very happy with a customer service and quality of work. We hope we don't need their services in the future but if we do, we'll definitely use them again.
