I brought it in and they looked at it and assured me it's fine and ran me down the costs if I want to fix it but assured it was superficial and that I can even take it to the dealership to confirm it if I'd like. Read moreI got rear ended badly by a driver who had attention issues. ICBC told me I had to choose where it would be towed to. A friend from my local ham radio club suggested Able. I'm glad he did.

From beginning to end, they were helpful, honest and decent about everything. I especially appreciated Mitchell's frank, no-bs way of communicating. Even when he was dishing out bad news, he was straight and clear. I really appreciate that. If the answer is "no", don't tell me "maybe". I can see how others might find that hard to take but it's the way I like things.

Now let's talk about the work. My car looks much better now than it did before the accident. I can't say enough about the job they did. It drives perfectly (I realize I was lucky that the frame wasn't bent) and it looks absolutely amazing. The rear end of the car which got smashed now looks new. The trunk opens and closes without even the slightest indication that anything is off, and my tail lights and even my backup camera are all now working perfectly.

My wife was new car shopping for the two weeks we spent waiting for our car to get fixed but today, a few hours after driving the repaired car, she told me we'd be crazy to waste money on a new car when this one is so perfect. I agreed with her, and it's a testament to how satisfied we are with the work that was done.

Able handled the rental car and all the ICBC paperwork. They also generally answer their phone, which is becoming rare in business these days. Highly recommended.

PS: When Mitchell is telling you that you can't have what you want, remember that his hands are usually tied by ICBC. They'll only pay for certain things, and it's often less than you (or I, or he) may think is fair. He's just the messenger. Read less

Best AutoBody in town. This specifically located off 80& 132, I was not as happy at the 128 locations. Wendy and team are the best. Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
