Not having had an insurance claim or accident in almost 30 years, both Bruce and Danielle offered informative, professional and courteous service that set my mind at ease from the beginning and provided for a seamless transaction. They handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to the rental and had my car finished in a much shorter time than expected. Very happy with my decision to use their shop!

Having been hit by another car while parked on my street I was anxious about having the car repaired.
I called the dealership where I bought my car and they recommended going to CSN to get another estimate - I had had another that seemed very high, so wanted a comparison.
I was pleased with the professional assessment of damage - no jargon- and the cost seemed fair.

All the staff were professional & reassuring & arranged a rental while my car was in the shop 'no surprises' when I came to pick up my car.

Aggh, had my 1st accident in 45+ yrs of driving... hit n' run no less. Needless to say I had no idea where to go for car repair, several people mentioned CSN and all had great feedback. I decided to go with them. WoW!
CSN picked up my car from Honda, repaired what was repairable in house, ordered the RIGHT parts and pieces.... installed, tested, detailed all between the rush of Christmas and New Years.... What a awesome team! Amazing work and if ya didn't know I was t-boned you certainly can't tell.
Definitely well deserved of this review and my vote for Brantford's best auto body.
