Instead of bringing my vehicle in to (with all due respect) a Mama & Papa shop, I decided to look for a reputable and proper shop near my office (Scarborough).

I'm extremely glad that I did. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Wayne (service advisor), and after only a little bit, Wayne and I both landed on a number which I was satisfied with.

Everybody I've encountered at CSN Brimell has been proper and polite. It's obvious that they understand that us customers would rather not be there to begin with, so I noticed that although their happy attitude is over-the-top, it's actually nice to encounter this kind of service when dealing with stuff like involuntarily needing the fix your car.

Wayne had also set me up with a fair "deal" for a rental car from Enterprise, which is conveniently only half a block away from their shop.

I'm extremely glad that I chose to bring my whip in to CSN Brimell and you should as well if you're looking for a no BS shop to fix your vehicle.
