I'm happy to say that the team at CNS is top notch. The service was fantastic right from the start. The staff are personable, and knowledgeable.
I was uneasy about my car having to be repair, but it wasn’t long before they had my full trust. They did a fantastic job on my repair.
In my opinion a business’s personality starts at the top so I give loads of credit to the management team. Thank you so much and a special thanks to Annie I really appreciated you dealing with my first and hopefully my last accident.

I’m an artist and I spend a lot of time combing the beaches and then making art with my finds. In other words, I work every day and put in long hours so my car was embarrassingly neglected. Cindy went above my expectations when dealing with my insurance appraiser. She put me at ease and told me she was going to put the Jeep back together the way Chrysler built it. Read moreI recently had an unfortunate collision with my brand-new GM truck and was directed by Intact insurance company to take it to a local shop they had a relationship with. However, I was extremely disappointed by what I heard. They told me that due to intact insurance policies, they could only use aftermarket and used parts for the repair, leaving me to pay the difference for any brand-new parts. My truck is a 2021 Silverado, so it was then that I decided to reach out to Lally Chevrolet where I purchased my vehicle for advice, and they recommended I call CSN Chatham.

Thankfully, I took their advice, and I couldn't be happier with the result. From the moment I spoke with Annie and her team at CSN, I knew I had made the right choice. They took a completely different approach and prioritized using only brand-new parts to fix my truck. Even better, everything was fully covered by insurance, and the work was so thorough that my dealer's inspection found no issues. I was also explained the repair process & I was also shocked to find out that they are the only GM certified collision center in our town.

I can't emphasize enough how important it is to choose the right shop when it comes to repairing your vehicle. Annie and her team at CSN proved to me that their dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction is second to none.
