Read moreI brought my truck into Gan Chev for scheduled maintenance and asked them about also repairing some damage, while they had it they ran my truck over to CSN Gan and Ted from CSN took some quick pictures and was able to promptly send me out a quote.
Once I gave the go ahead to process the repairs through my insurance, Angela took care of everything. We established a repair date and repair duration, but soon after Angela reached out and said they could get me in over a month earlier than expected. When I dropped off my truck they had a rental there ready for me and in the end they even completed the repairs faster than quoted.

I had some minor damage to my almost new CRV which unfortunately required some body work nonetheless. I've always hated the hassle of bringing my car to the shop, let alone a body shop - having to arrange alternate transportation and all while my car is being repaired. With that said, Ted made the whole ordeal so painless that I didn't even have to leave my house for the repairs to be done! He came to my house to assess the damage and provided a very reasonable quote the very next day. Parts were ordered and an appointment was scheduled for the repair within the week. Ted picked up the vehicle from my house and then dropped it back off the next day with all repairs completed to spec. Invoice was exactly as quoted with no surprises. I could not be more impressed. Decided I wanted to go where it was convenient for me, and asked for a quote at CSN. Quote was cheaper, and the quality of work was exceptional. They arranged a rental for me, and the process of dropping off and picking up was smooth. The thing that impressed me the most was when I got in my car, I immediately noticed that the whole car had been derailed! Perhaps this is normal practice for repair shops, regardless, they did an amazing job! Super impressed, and glad I decided to support local, hometown shop. Read less
