They were all friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I got my car back quicker then I thought and they seem to have done an amazing job, I haven't been able to find any issues. Melanie, a super calm and professional lady, organized the rental car for me, kept me in the picture at all time. The body shop technician fixed the paint, above of the scope of the work, on my car and even cleaned the inside. When I picked up my car it was like a bran new car. My car was also ready 2 days before the expected time of repairs. I was super impressed with everyone and the outstanding quality of service. I would recommend Harbourside Collision Center to anyone. I have brought 2 vehicles to this business for repair after MVCs. They have done excellent repairs, are efficient and professional. They even cleaned the inside of my car before returning it! Highly recommend, they are fantastic.

The service I received from the staff was nothing short of fantastic. From front desk, to the gentleman who performed the repair, I was not let down once during my interactions with them. I frequently called for updates as insurance wasn't providing them to me, and I never felt like I was bothering them with my calls/questions. I was always treated with kindness and the staff seemed truly sympathetic for the situation.
My car had front end damage and looks brand new again. Hopefully I never need to have repairs like this done again, but I wouldn't hesitate to bring my Audi back to Harbour Side Collision in the event of an accident in the future. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making an unfortunate event, a lot easier to deal with and for the top notch repair that was done. Read less
