CSN handled the repairs of my vehicle in a highly professional manner. They first ordered the parts, then setup an appointment to bring my car in, arranged for a rental car and repaired the car which now looks like new. Properly explained the repairs to me upon hand over. The repairs come with a lifetime warranty.

My second experience trusting CSN heartland and they of course did an amazing job. I couldn’t even tell where the damaged was when I got it and they left everything spotless. Great communication with my insurance company and myself with updates on parts and installation. Mary was great, she was able to explain the process thoroughly. Overall the team did a great job with my car. It looks better than when I purchased it!

I chose CSN Heartland Collision Centre following an auto collision. It's an experience nobody ever wants to go through. But the kind of services being provided here are top-notch. From sitting in the waiting area, to getting the keys back, everything was done in a smooth manner. It shows that customer satisfaction is not merely a slogan, but it is being actually implemented. Being updated every 3rd day about the nature of repairs, and the next steps was another plus, ensuring I managed to plan my days accordingly. Highly recommended! Whole process is professional. From drop off until pick up you get constant updates about your vehicle and once you get a date, they make it ready for thslat day. No excuses. A rare place that you don't have to ask questions because they explain everything to you. And if you're there with insurance, and somehow process takes longer than expected while you have a loaner/rental, they update other stakeholders about it so they ensure everything remains trouble-free.

Also its location is great, next to enterprise rentals. Who wouldn't like that?

They fixed my minor fender bender nicely, took a bit longer cause the part hasn't arrived on time, but still reasonable enough.
