Read moreI was in an accident at the end of November and was at my wits' end. Being an undergrad student two and a half hours away from home, a week away from exams, and super low on sleep, I was beside myself when my car got hit. CSN instantly blew me away with how patient, accommodating, and kind they were in dealing with my situation. They treated me with the utmost respect, had everything sorted for me right away, and did an incredible job repairing my car.

It took quite a while to get my car back, but this was out of their hands due to part shortages. That being said, they constantly kept my father and I up to date on the status of my car and ensured that they'd get it back to me as soon as possible. The car looks amazing. Check out the before and after, I'm beyond impressed with their skills and how flawless my car looks.

I also want to give a special mention to Richard and Brianna. They were so incredibly helpful and made my experience at CSN super pleasant. Would recommend these guys over and over again. Read less

Not only were they amazing to deal with from the moment I walked in the door, but the repair itself was flawless, it looks like there was never any damage there to begin with! And the day I picked my car up, it was spotless both inside and out thanks to their amazing detailing they offer as an added bonus, I'd struggled to get my dogs hair out of the carpet and they made it look like it was fresh off the lot. 5 stars is not enough, I'd give 10 if I could. Although the damage was not severe, it required replacement of the front clip, spoiler and repair to the hood. My insurance company provided a list of collision centres, CSN Kingston being one of them. I first checked Google reviews and I liked what I read about the business. At first I was annoyed that I had to wait 10 days to take it in for an estimate as they are very busy, but I am so glad that I did. Right from my first visit through to picking up my car, they provided 100% professional service.
The work that CSN Kingston completed was terrific. The colour match of the paint was spot on as was the replacement of the parts. I had a minor concern but Richard immediately resolved it by getting a tech to make a quick adjustment.
I hope I do not have to deal with another accident repair but if I do, I will immediately turn to CSN Kingston.
Thanks to the complete CSN Kingston team for their great service. You made a very upsetting situation less stressful.. Read less

After the quick appraisal of the scratch on my car, Rich offered to try a quick polish at no charge and see if this would take care of it. The 5 min polishing actually removed all of the scratch.
