Most recently my rear bumper had to be replaced and Clark and his team did a great job with it; I was particularly impressed by the paint job. My car was returned to me cleaned (inside and out). The staff in the office are lovely and take care of arranging things for you and making everything as easy as possible. CSN continues to be our go-to place for autobody work. Read less

Super communicative, calling me to make sure I know they didn't forget about me when insurance was causing problems, answering every question I had without issue. The work on my car was phenomenal as well, it looks better than it ever did. I would recommend getting into a car accident just to have the pleasure of dealing with this shop. I couldn't be happier. Lorelei and the manager Clark were super friendly. The shop is a
Direct Repair Facility for majority of the Insurance companies so they are wealth of information when it comes to Insurance claim. Rental vehicle was arranged by the shop. They kept me posted throughout the repair process via email. My car was repaired ahead of schedule.

The body tech did a phenomenal job. My vehicle is Pearl white and the paint match is great. I asked my friend if they could tell which side was repaired and sure enough no one could tell 😜 They did a good job cleaning my car as well.

They followed up with my insurance company, setup the rental, and handled everything basically. Clark and Lorelei both handled my file while Sophia was on vacation and they never missed a step. When I picked up my car, not only was the body work done to perfection but my car was completely detailed which I was not expecting. My insurance company referred me to CARSTAR on Laidlaw. The estimator who examined the car before the repair noticed things that I had missed. I had the car back in less time than they originally estimated. They needed one trim piece that took longer to get, so they gave me the car so I had it while they waited for the part. It arrived yesterday, and I took the car in today and they installed it while I waited. I am thrilled with the work that they did. It is as if the accident never happened. They kept me posted on progress during the repair, and all the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. There was one minor issue with the trunk release due to a loose electrical connection, which they fixed at the same time as they installed the last part. Read less

The moment I brought my car in for an initial inspection of the damage I knew I was in good hands. They are very detailed and thorough and made sure my car was put back together in perfect condition.
