CSN fixed my 2020 Subaru after I was hit when a young girl failed to stop at a stop sign. There was quite a lot of damage to the passenger side of my car. I first approached Car Star but when they would be unable to fix my car for nearly 2 months when my car was deemed unsafe to drive, they suggested CSN. My insurance company also approved of CSN. And, I'm happy that I went to CSN! The receptionist was friendly and helpful. They were able to take my car immediately. CSN staff were respectful and kept me in the loop about the progress on the repairs. Most importantly though was that the calibre of the repairs was just excellent. CSN ensured both safety and looks were guaranteed in their works.

I have nothing but high praises for CSN Midtown in Windsor! The service to my car was managed as quickly and professionally as possible after receiving multiple damaged replacement parts from the supplier.

Their customer service is also top-notch as I was kept updated by the shop and called by the owner Diandra Di Carlo as often as possible.

Upon pickup, I noticed my car had been washed and even interior detailed - above and beyond my expectations!! I was even handed a lifetime warranty on the work done. Will definitely recommend this shop to others in the community and will return myself if my vehicle is ever in need of further body work (knock on wood).

Erin and staff are super, they made you feel like family. They were always giving me updates and made sure everything was done right. My insurance company (CAA) was fantastic. They got the ball rolling the same day I called. I did not have to make any calls, they took care of everything.
