My mom had recently purchased a 2020 corrola and soon after was involved in a MVA ... We were recommended by TOYOTA dealership in Langley to have the damages repaired at ON LINE Collision.. We had previously been dealing with another shop locally which was also good but it was our first time dealing with ONLINE ! ON LINE Collision did a Fantastic JOB ! NO COMPLAINTS ! They went beyond repairs ! my silly mom dropped off her car with almost an empty tank! But when we got the car back it looked like The collision shop had fueled her up too!

Recently my car was in a minor mva, I chose ONLINE to complete the repairs, it is currently at ONLINE collision for repairs :) :) can't wait too see there great work ? Read less

They go the extra mile. Or even two!

A young co-worker had run into my parked car and caused expensive damage. In order to keep the price to her down (as she wanted to pay it out of her pocket), I'd asked for certain things NOT to done, like fixing up the adjacent scratched headlight. I had already scrubbed her car paint colour off the headlight and left it at that, but when I picked up my car today, I noticed the crew at On Line had polished up not only that headlight, but the one on the other side to match. On a 15-year-old car, they weren't in great shape and were quite discoloured along the top, but now look almost new. They also fixed up some extra dents and chips on my hood before blending in the paint. In short, they did what they were asked to do, but went above and beyond to do the best job they could, at a reasonable price. I cannot rave enough about how happy we are with the work. Our experience was extremely positive from the time I picked up the phone to make the appointment to the end, when we picked up our vehicle after the repairs.

Daryl and his team are so personable and provide exceptional customer service. As a mom of four, to have the car detailed upon pick up was such an amazing surprise and it was honestlya better detail then when we bought our vehicle from Honda.

If your looking for a repair shop, look no further. Highly recommend them and would definitley return if we need another repair! Read less
