Right from the phone call to make an appointment to have my car fixed after being involved in a car accident, to bringing it in for an appraisal and when I finally picked it up, nothing but professionalism, kind, caring and amazing staff at Zenetec on Vetrans Dr in Barrie.

I was updated weekly on my cars progress. So appreciated that.

Had work done on my car. Erica and Rochelle were great helping arranging everything. Even when the car dealership wouldn't help me they went out of their way to help. The end result was so amazing. Very pleased with the quality of work done. Would recommend zentec to anyone who needs repair and paint work done. Thanks again to those who worked on my car. When I picked up my car detailing had been done it was like a brand new car again!!! Thanks again !!!!

A car accident is never something you want to experience big or small. I was referred to ZENETEC | 499 Veterans through a work colleague of mine and I have to say, my experience was painless and seamless, which was completely unexpected. Upon inspecting the vehicle after repairs, the car seems to be in even better condition than before. Rochelle, Erica, and Jason were there every step of the way. Love the text notifications on vehicle progress, right down to the eta on shuttle service with Bob who gave me a notification upon arrival, nice and early and a comfortable, clean ride. Thank you Zenetec at Veterans. Incredible service, incredible centre and incredible staff.

I had my car fixed after being rear ended over the winter. The service at Zenetic was beyond amazing. 10/10. They returned my car absolutely spotless (it definitely needed a cleaning after the winter lol). I picked it up expecting to need to give it a good clean and happily found out it was already done for me! And the work was phenomenal! It looked like a brand new car!! Thank you SO much Zenetec!

Wonderful experience dealing with Zenetec! The ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful. They assisted me with setting up my insurance claim and arranged the rental car for me. I received text message updates with the status of my vehicle repair and was very pleased with the service and ease of dealing with a stressful collision experience. When I picked up my car I received free month of car washes. Highly recommend!

The entire process from the quote to having the repairs completed was handled professionally, politely, promptly, with knowledge and quality work. They were in communication with my insurance company, arranged the rental car and had it waiting for me. Upon completion of repairs cleaned the interior of my car. I met Erica and Rachelle at the front desk. Both ladies were excellent and looked after my concerns and book my appointment, shuttle and kept me in the loop on what was going on. My repair was handled in a speedy manor and I got my car back earlier than I was expecting. It even came back with an interior detailing. This was unexpected. Thank you all at Zenetec!!
