I highly recommend Plan B Autobody. I’ve used them 3x, but the first 2x the vehicles had to be totaled, so they didn’t have the opportunity to actually fix the vehicles. This last time they did. The office staff was helpful, kind, and always kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle. My insurance company was a complete NIGHTMARE to deal with (an understatement), but thanks to the shop manager Amanda never giving up, the ins co finally agreed to fix the vehicle according to OEM standards (which the ins co did not want to do—they wanted to cut corners.) The work was completed quickly and thoroughly. Thank you Plan B Autobody for making my vehicle like new again!

If you ever find yourself needing Autobody work done, Plan B is the place to go! Everyone I have came in contact with has been more than helpful to me. They are super friendly and actually like their job (which I don’t see how since insurance can be hard to deal with!) They are all fantastic to interact with. I have even had the pleasure of speaking with the guys in the back. They too, were very helpful. I couldn’t recommend Plan B Autobody enough. Steve, Kayla, Amanda, and Vicky have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place if the unfortunate things happen! They will make it great again.

Kayla and the people at Plan B Autobody were great to work with but my insurance company not so much. The insurance company deemed the car a total loss. So Plan B never got the opportunity to work on the vehicle. However Plan B was very informative and helpful throughout the process.

If you need A Great Body shop Or PDR. Go see Steve and his Peaple. They do Fantastic work. Good Prices. Friendly. They Treat you like Family. I am more than Happy with the Things Plan B has done for me. Office Staff are wonderful to talk to. Keep you informed on what is going on. Steve the owner is a Great guy. Alway Friendly and happy to see you. Will take whatever time he needs to. To make sure you are Happy and Satisfied with the work they have done. His Peaple out in the Shop are first class and are Great at there Job. Go see them. You will not Receive better service anywhere else.

Plan B Autobody did a fantastic job. They did what they said they would do within the timeframe we spoke about. Amanda was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable. Not only was the quality of work perfect, she worked hard for me to get the insurance company to cover the costs. I think we’ve all been to autobody shops before, but trust me when I tell you, Plan B is different in a good way. They paid attention to me, communication was on point and the quality of work was great. They washed my truck inside and out and upon delivery, it looked brand new.
