Santa Ana Body Shop did an absolutely incredible job with replacing my car's front bumper, splash shield, and rear tail light. The whole repair process from beginning to end was five-star.

Jason and Vanessa were extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Jason was able to take a look at my vehicle right away and provided me with some estimates.

I found their estimates to be fair and reasonable compared to some their other competitors in the market that deliver the same quality of work.

Both Jason and Vanessa are not only personable and friendly, but they're extremely knowledgable and were able to answer all my questions in regard to the repair process and the parts that were ordered.

The facility itself is very clean and well organized with a nice waiting area that's filled with refreshments.

When I got my car back, the front bumper, splash shield underneath, and rear tail light assembly looked brand new. The whole car actually looked brand new, as they provide a complimentary wash before you pick up your vehicle. I thought this was a very nice final touch and compliment to the service.

Jason went over all of the repairs that were completed with me and made sure they were all done to my satisfaction. I greatly appreciate this high-level of customer service and satisfaction.

As a testament to their great customer service, a few months later, I noticed part of my car's splash shield was coming loose. I called Santa Ana and talked to Vanessa on the phone. She told me to bring it by so they could take a look. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted by Vanessa and Jason. They took a look at it and offered to tighten up everything and repair it at no cost. They truly went above and beyond.

Because of this great 5-star experience, I'll be sure to use Santa Ana Body Shop for all cosmetic things related to my vehicles in the future. I highly recommend you stop by and check these guys out!

As usual I check YELP for the best body shops in Houston and Santa Ana stood out from that exhaustive research. After a friendly phone conversation, we made our way there with cautious hopefulness after my wife’s car suffered malfeasance at the hands of an unfortunately immobile object in her pathway. We had the pleasure of meeting Mariano who quickly assessed the damage and within 10 minutes was able to provide a fairly accurate repair estimate with an approximate 2 week maximum timeframe. Everyone we came in contact at this location with was very friendly and strait-forward. We did not come away with any ‘back of the mind’ reservations - nor was there ever any ‘creep factor’ so often associated with auto repair businesses. Once we approved the work and made our way to obtain a rental car, I felt unusually good about what is seldom ever an enjoyable experience. Happily we only required the rental for 3 days as Mariano was able to push our repair project to completion in just 8 business days. I received one call from Anthony during the process to inform that someone had called requesting photos and info of our vehicle. Happily it turned out to be OUR insurance agent but it was very professional of the business to contact us for permission before providing them anything. The repairs to the vehicle were a perfect job - but the real takeaway here is the people. This Santa Ana Bodyshop location has very good people. That is what makes the difference. Most competent bodyshops can make repairs. Few of them can make the experience not just less painless - but actually pleasant.

As far as the price . . . everything is very expensive these days. I could blame supply chain, Bidenomics, COVID or Greta Thurnburg - but really I have to point the finger closer to home. I’m lookin’ at you dear 🥰

If you’re looking for the best Auto Body shop stop looking this is the one. Santa Ana Body shop did A excellent job. The best job I ever seen. But the best part about this shop It’s their employees. The way they conducted themselves the professionalism decorum and knowledge It’s incredible. This team members deserve a raise because people like them make the companies look so amazing and make us want to go back because you know that they will handle it with professionalism and they will solve it. I want to thank Vanessa Aguercia for her knowledge and being so helpful and patient with helping me. I want to thank Mariano Vega for his knowledge and detail and professionalism. and I want to thank Jason Tong For its patience and knowledge. and finally, I want to thank the people that fixed my Car did an Amazing Job because you made it look like it was a new Car again thank you guys for your wonderful help and work you guys did an excellent job my respect to you guys and I will be Sharing my good experiences with my friends, coworkers and people in general whenever they need a body shop I will know who to refer them to.
