Was a first-time customer from out of town, but Paul's took my right away, diagnosed my car problem quickly, told me about an impending (but not emergency/immediate) problem, and had my car good-to-go in about half an hour. Did not try to "up-sell" me on something I didn't need.
Vinnie/Vinny (in the office) was great.
I hope I don't have car problems again while I'm in Great Neck, but if I do, they'll be my first call.

The absolute best! I was in a dilemma, I lent my car to a friend and he got stuck in Great Neck NY with a flat tire. Paul's Auto repair came out to the location, put air in the tire to get it to the shop, and plugged the tire ON A SUNDAY EVENING! Amazing service and amazing people! I would highly recommend using Paul's Great Neck auto repair! And Angel was great. Thanks again for an amazing experience!

This auto repair shop is amazing.. I took my vehicle here for a minor issue and guess what I met an amazing person named winy he was so helpful and full of humor.. the mechanics at this auto shops are very professional and they will charge u genuine price.. my Vehicle issue was minor but if took it else where they would have charged me for opening the parts up but in here they did not charge me a single penny not even for the time they wasted. This made me feel like good and honey people do exist.. well Mr. Winy next time I shall definitely come in with some tequila for u 🤣

Paul’s Auto has been an obvious Go-To shop for my basic needs and complicated services. They service 2 of my cars and they are always professional and informative.

Best auto shop
I have been visiting Paul’s Auto regularly for oil change, tires repair/change , inspection etc since I owned my suv for years. The services were excellent with reasonable prices, pick up times were never late as quoted. Paul is always patient to explain the issues and assist to solve them with his knowledgeable experiences.
