As Senior Manager, Insurance Services at CSN Collision, Kristina Pallas leads the Insurance Services team with a focus on strengthening insurer relationships and supporting performance across the network. With a background in insurance claims, she was drawn to CSN’s strong momentum, supportive culture, and commitment to excellence, recognizing an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while continuing her own leadership journey.

Kristina’s approach to leadership has been shaped by experience, reflection, and continuous learning. She believes leadership evolves overtime, shaped not by a single moment but by the lessons learned along the way, through success and challenge. Adaptability and collaboration have become central to her leadership style, allowing her to navigate change confidently while bringing people together to find solutions and build trust.

Earlier in her career, Kristina believed strong leaders were expected to have all the answers. Overtime, her perspective shifted. Today, she focuses on coaching and empowering her team, creating clarity, developing capability, and supporting individuals as they build confidence in their own decision making. She is intentional about fostering an environment built on consistency, open dialogue, and shared accountability, where people feel confident taking ownership and contributing to collective success.

Kristina is passionate about supporting growth by creating opportunities that align with individual strengths and aspirations.
