Female Voices of Leadership at CSN Collision – Priscilla Dhaussy

Priscilla Dhaussy – Director of Marketing and Communications

In celebration of International Women’s Day, we are proud to recognize this month the women helping shape the future of CSN Collision. Across our network, their leadership and dedication continue to drive progress and inspire those around them.

As Director of Marketing and Communications at CSN Collision, Priscilla leads the Marketing team with a focus on strengthening brand visibility, enhancing customer engagement, and driving strategic initiatives that support the network. With more than a decade of experience across the automotive sector, including OEM experience in Europe and Canada, she was drawn to CSN by the opportunity to explore the collision repair space while continuing to grow as a leader. What stood out most was CSN’s strong reputation for customer service and its commitment to putting people first.

Priscilla’s leadership journey has been shaped by experience, adaptability, and continuous learning. Influenced by mentors who demonstrated the importance of developing people and leading with integrity, she believes leadership is shaped through both positive and challenging experiences. These moments have reinforced her focus on listening, respect, and creating an environment where individuals feel valued.

Her leadership style has evolved alongside her confidence. Early in her career, she experienced moments of doubt, particularly when leading individuals with more industry experience. Over time, those moments became opportunities for growth. Today, she leads with clarity and assurance, grounded in empathy, communication, and transparency. She believes strong teams are built when people feel heard and respected, while clear expectations and honest feedback help maintain alignment and drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration, accountability, and team development are central to how she leads. She fosters an environment where individuals take ownership within their areas of expertise while working together through regular communication and shared goals. At the same time, she is passionate about creating opportunities for growth, encouraging her team to take on new challenges, expand their skillsets, and gain experience through meaningful projects. Celebrating wins, recognizing contributions, and helping others build confidence are key to how she empowers those around her.

Over the course of her career, Priscilla has been encouraged to see more women entering collision repair and stepping into leadership, ownership, and technical roles. While there is still progress to be made, she is proud to be part of an organization that supports initiatives and campaigns that highlight opportunities for women in the trades.

Looking ahead, Priscilla is energized by the continued evolution of the collision repair industry, and the role marketing plays in supporting that growth. From digital strategies to data-driven campaigns and emerging technologies, she sees strong potential to help shops connect with customers while maintaining a focus on service and experience.

Outside of work, Priscilla enjoys acting, particularly in theatre, as well as travelling and discovering new cultures. Staying active and spending time with friends helps her recharge and maintain balance.
