My husband and I recently bought a used car that needed some serious attention, and I can’t express how grateful I am for the incredible job Perry and his team did! From the moment my husband walked in, it was clear they cared about making our car perfect. They weren’t satisfied with just one round of carpet shampooing and did it twice to ensure it was spotless. On top of that, they added an extra ozone treatment to remove the lingering cigarette smell. The difference is amazing our car feels and smells brand new!

Amazing experience and FYI… excellent customer service still exists! This was my first time here and I was getting rust proofing for my SUV.

I was greeted with “Michelle it’s time to play the Price is Right… come on down”. I laughed and on my way out, I was greeted with another individual who said “thanks for playing the Price is Right” and was presented with a prize (microwave popcorn).

They did a terrific job in rust proofing my vehicle but honestly I was more impressed that the team knew my name and made me feel important. Now that’s customer service!

We were very pleased with the service we received at Car Salon. Perry and Glen have great personalities and are honest and straightforward. They explained the work to be done and did not try to push us into making unnecessary expenditures. We have a low mileage 2008 Jeep Commander which we purchased new and intend to keep for at least another couple of years. There was some surface rust underneath the vehicle. We arranged with Perry to scrape of the rust and coat and protect the underside of the vehicle. We are very happy with the work done. Glen arranged for an inspection of steering and brake mechanical issues and provided a thorough report of the inspection results. Dealing with vehicle maintenance issues can be stressful but Car Salon went out of their way to provide us with a good experience.

Huge shoutout to Clint Whitford and the crew at CS/Tire Craft. Had to be in Okotoks for a time sensitive personal matter when I noticed my tire was completely flat. Took it in and Clint bumped a few other appointments to get me in and was out the door in half an hour. So many stories out there of shady car repair shops, these guys are the exact opposite. I would highly recommend them every day of the week. Thanks again Clint.

August 2024 - Purchased a used vehicle and took it to The Car Salon for a detailed cleaning. Perry Burns, Restyling Director, looked after my vehicle and it was spotless when I picked it back up. Every nook and cranny had been cleaned, pet hair removed, and they kept the vehicle overnight to ensure the carpets were dried thoroughly. My 2011 vehicle looks and smells brand new. Highly recommend Perry's work and the great customer service offered at The Car Salon.

I was having car trouble on the way to work, and I called and they said to come right away. GLEN had a courtesy vehicle on hand so I was able to get to work & he started working on the issue right away and was ready for pick up before lunch!

I highly recommend these guys. I went to Visions got screwed around, overcharged, and they didn't even install a head unit properly. I came here, They were super nice, found my problem right away and fixed it for an unreal price. I will be back here for sure. Thanks so much Car Salon.

Overall, I was super happy 👍👍with the experience on many levels, details which follow below, to include not only the wide-ranging and comprehensive vehicle services offered (impressive by itself), but also the quality of those services, the customer relationship experience, and very especially the ‘loaner vehicle’ I was allowed to use for the extensive period that it took to service the vehicle for said services at no charge (just fill up the tank!). The money saved ALONE from NOT renting a vehicle for this time period was a ‘deal clencher’ for this work scope. The separate price tag for said services, to not include saved rental car costs, was very competitive as well. So, overall, a super experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend the shop at this location as well as to commend Perry Burns, my contact there at the Restyling Desk, for a job very well done. A very congenial and helpful bunch of folks there.

The work scope ended up as quite extensive to this 2010 Toyota Tundra to include a complete ‘redo’ to the underbody protection (a week-long job!) where Perry has quite a lot of lifetime experience giving me additional confidence on the project, an application of a ceramic coating package to include a full decontamination w/ clay bar, and a 3-stage cut/polish, a replacement of the protective film on the front body, and replacement of the headlight protection. Additional services included an interior detail, a new windshield, a new rear bumper, and a replacement of the after-market lighting package (an electronics job) on the after-market ARB front bumper. It’s impressive that a single shop can handle all these services. I did complete comparison pricing to other providers for many of these services before deciding on the Car Salon. Good job, guys!

Got a sub and amp installed in my car. Excellent service all around! Perry was awesome to deal with and super friendly, as were the other staff I crossed paths with. They were willing to install the stuff I supplied and did not try to upsell me or ghost me (like another company in the area did) when I was looking for quotes. They have a seating area and a bathroom if you are waiting. And my car sounds amazing. Thanks!!
