All of the staff were wonderful to deal with and made the entire process easy. The collision specialist Steve Ratcliff was amazing. He walked me through everything that they were going to do with my car. I felt like l was leaving it in the best hands possible.

Women can be treated like children when they have to deal with anything to do with their cars, and Steven treated me like an adult. He answered all my questions without hesitation, broke down all of the quote, physically showed me on my car what he was going to do, and did it with excellence. My car looks amazing, and I even picked it up freshly detailed inside and out.

Crown Collision did an exceptional job, car literally looks brand new, inside and out. I looked the entire car over when I got home and the car, well just looks new. The detailing on the interior was funnomanal, believe me, we have two golden retrievers that go everywhere with us and now, until we take them again, the car looks like it never had any pets what so ever. Detailer needs a pat on the back for a great job and perhaps free coffee for a month. Sorry, I am long winded. I could or should have just said "good job" but this repair, the whole experience, required more than a couple words.
Further more, the staff I dealt with were absolutely wonderful. Kind & sincere and kept us informed as well as most understanding. Thank you 👍

The CSN crown team was super great to deal with after my vehicle was involved in a collision. The work on my truck was impeccable, and they even cleaned and shampooed the interior and she looks sparkling new now! Would highly recommend them.
