Had work done this week and had a great experience. Dropped my car off on Tuesday, and Kyle informed me that he would try for Friday, but no guarantees. He called me Thursday to let me know the vehicle was ready. Super happy with that. They also managed to buff out a small scratch on the trunk. Great work! Would absolutely recommend Paramount.

I can't recommend this body shop enough! This is my second time using their services in the past 6 years, and once again, they’ve exceeded my expectations. I’m very particular about new paint jobs, and I have to say, they made my truck look brand new. The finish is flawless. They also went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my truck, which was a pleasant surprise. On top of that, they fixed another minor issue which was a simple fix for them but made a huge difference for me.

Their customer service is top notch. I’m extremely satisfied with both the quality of their work and the overall experience. Without a doubt, I’ll be recommending them to anyone in the need of a body shop

Our 15 years old Corolla came out looking better than before collision; quality of repair looks great, you can’t tell what was damaged. It’s 20 years since I had to deal with car body repair, Paramount made the process easy and answered all my questions. We were provided with clean and comfortable courtesy car. Everything was done on time. While I hope not to need their services again, if I do - that’s where I’ll return.

Had a fantastic experience at Paramount Auto body. My vehicle was badly damaged from an accident requiring massive repairs (~17k) and Mark and his team took incredibly good care of me. The whole job was around 2 weeks to fix mainly because of parts being difficult to procure from the manufacturer and the diligence and meticulousness with which they performed the repairs. The vehicle now looks brand new! They even cleaned the car inside out and gave it a good wash! I’ve used other repair shops in the past but nothing comes close to Paramount’s customer service, detail and repair quality. Much appreciated and would use them in the future!

Unbelievable service! I got the call from an Paramount to repair our vehicle on an ICBC claim. It was unfortunately my wife's due date for our new baby. It wasn't great timing to have to switch to a rental, but they made the process seamless.

We were given the option to have our primed bumper replaced with a painted one, with the cost upgrade. But with new baby on the way decided it was something we would wait on.

I got the call in the morning, our truck was finished. When I showed up the owner Mark said congratulations on the new baby, we painted the bumper as a gift for you guys.

It was a great experience all around, but the amazing gift in an otherwise stressful time will not soon be forgotten.

They really bend over backwards to help you. The quality of the repairs is like new. No runs near perfect refinishing. I am picky about my cars. I brought them a trashed car and they treated it like it was an exotic car or a classic restoration. I am so impressed and cannot recommend them enough. I waited about a month to leave this review to really have time to spot any problems. I see none. They had to swap the drivers door as the old door was beyond repair. You can't even tell. There is no rattling in it. All the body lines meet up well and aligned. I think you get it. The staff should be proud of their work. I cannot thank them enough for fixing up our POS Venza that needs more attention. It may get it and if it does it will be this gang that will serve us again. Before and after pics provided. In the pics our front bumper was not part of our insurance claim and therefore not repaired.
