Was taken care of above and beyond. Took the car right in, gave us a beautiful loaner so we could go about our day. We are from out of province but made to feel right at home. Sarah was so professional and knowledgeable we knew we were in good hands. The car was washed and vacuumed when we returned every thing was perfect. The dealership owner even came into the bay to meet us and wish us safe travels. Can’t remember the Lincoln concierges name but he was perfect also, by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, we will definitely be back.

So, I was at the end of a 5-year lease with a Honda Civic. I was never happy with that car and never should’ve left Ed Learn Ford.

This weeks service was great! I had to get a lot done, but the option of Ford picking up and dropping off my vehicle was a game changer. I had delayed service because I could not fit a service app into my schedule, but when I realized they would pick up my vehicle at my home and take care of everything, I realized how easy this would be.

I worked with Ivan over the phone to understand what was needed, the price and timeline. The next day they dropped the vehicle off, it was that simple.
