These people went out of their way to be helpful especially given that I have to travel by ferry. I thought the staff had a great "vibe" amongst them too. They adjusted times etc. The car collision repair was perfect and my dirty car was returned fresh and clean, inside and out. .

Can’t say enough good things about the service here! Got daily text messages from them updating me with the progress on the vehicle. Nice touch! Work done looked great and they cleaned the vehicle inside and out before pickup and it was spotless! Would definitely recommend them!

I drove all the way from Whistler to Elite Xpress for my car estimates & repairs twice—and let me tell you, it was 110% worth it!

From the first text to the final pickup, the service was unreal. Every single person I dealt with—Colleen (MVP!!), the estimators, the front desk, the management, even the detailing crew—was friendly, helpful, honest, and ON IT.

They walked me through every step, got both of my claims approved, arranged a courtesy car when an insurance rental wasn’t available, explained all the repairs, AND even offered to remove a weird glue-like stain off my bumper (which they did!). Communication was amazing—quick texts, updates, clear instructions… and real humans with personalities too, not just robots quoting policy lines.

🚗 Bonus points for handling everything so I didn’t have to make 3-4 trips down to the city. They were kind, understanding, and flexible.

Colleen, you’re a gem. Management, estimators, detailers—you’ve all raised the bar. In a world where great service is rare, you’ve kept the magic alive.

Wu and his team did a great job. The best place to get any body work done. Wu was very kind and supportive. He understood all my concerns and made sure they were all addressed even after the repair. He kept me posted of all the things throughout, that they will be doing for the repair which kept me at ease given how detail oriented i am. They also provide a courtesy car which was great!
I would also like to mention the painter(HK) who did a better than factory level paint job on the tailgate of my car and Colleen at reception and Roberto for taking me in and giving me the initial confidence in repair. I will recommend this place to everyone for the fantastic job that they did on my car. Look no more, this is the place for any body repair.

Unfortunately, I recently had an accident in my 2024 Hyundai Tucson. I took my ‘24 Tesla here and from the start everyone was friendly, specially the service desk and the estimator, Wu. They were communicative throughout the process and replaced my windshield and roof glass within 2-3 days. Also offered courtesy car.
