My van needed some surface rust repair-
Brought it into CSN Collision Center (9 Caesar Ave. Ottawa) at an agreed up date. I ran into a 'snag' the morning it was due (at 08:00 hrs). I called and talked to Tracy, and explained that I would not be able to bring it in until later in the day. She was understanding and accommodating, told me to bring it in when I could that day. I did manage to get the vehicle into the shop by mid afternoon.
Tracy told me that if all went well, I could expect the vehicle back in three days.
To their word, three days later I received notification that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Perfect timing as it was Friday afternoon. I ended up picking up my vehicle about an hour before they closed. Very receptive when I arrived, gave me all of my paperwork, and showed me to my vehicle.
I was NOT ONLY impressed with the service, but when I got to see the work that had been done and the finished product, I was over the moon happy.

What impressed me the most was their communication. If there was ever a delay, I was notified immediately with a clear explanation of the reason why. Got my new RAM 2500 damaged on the delivery day by the dealership. They arrange for CSN to repair it - 6 months later. I live out of town, had to drive 10hrs to CSN. I was resentful of the experience, to no avail. My truck was delivered to me on the day they said they were to. The repair is perfect - can’t tell the scratches were ever there. They did not joyride with my vehicle - was the case at another location. Overall, great experience. Strongly recommend them to my friends and co-workers.

Professional, friendly, accessible. Scott and his team took care of the repairs to my car from start to finish. Regular sms updates, arranged my rental car. They even handled a problem with the insurance company. I literally did nothing more than drop off the car and. Pick it up! They were within 1 day of their estimated time of completion. Would easily recommend them again to anyone.

The company took great care of fixing my bumper, and even went above and beyond by cleaning my interior floor mats. Rental reservation was made ahead of time and they organized rental pickup. Excellent service all in all. It’s a busy place so expect bookings with two or more months of wait time.

Brought my car in because some idiot backed up out of his driveway and smashed into the side of it and drove off.

CSN fixed it right up perfectly, and even cleaned and vacuumed the inside. Fantastic service and easy in and out service.
