So pleased with the work Mark V did on our Dodge truck…we are delighted with their great service and communication through the whole project. It is a 2001 Dodge 4x4 and ended up having not only the big repair done to the fender, but they went above and beyond and fixed the rust on the doors, sanded the whole truck down and repainted it. What a beautiful job!! And lifetime warranty as long as we own the truck, which we hope will be for years to come! Thank you Mark V … stellar job!

A rental car was provided while my vehicle was in the shop. I really appreciated that!!
They do absolutely fantastic work with great attention to detail. My vehicle looks brand new!!!!

Can't thank Mark and his team enough for their honest help. I had paint scuff and scratch on a 2007 Matrix. I didn't want it to rust, and also, wasn't going to spend more than the car was worth to repaint. I didn't know what to do, was thinking about DIYing myself. Took it to Collision, Mark looked at it and knew exactly what to do, it needed quick clean and buff. They could have overcharged and I wouldn't have known any different. Honest, efficient, knowledgeable. I'm very grateful for their help and would give 10star rating if I could.

I recently used CSN Mark V on Clement Avenue, in Kelowna. They did a great job of fixing my SUV, arranged the rental for me, kept me up-to-date on progress and made numerous recommendations, which were very helpful. I really enjoyed having someone to talk to on the phone, whenever I called, very attentive team. When I picked up my vehicle, it was vacuumed and very clean. I dealt with Erin D. and she was very helpful from the moment I called the shop and helped to find a flexible time to schedule everything for the repairs, that worked best for me. I would definitely recommend going here and I will not hesitate, if I ever need help in the future, to book in with Erin D. and the team on clement avenue.
