The entire process of getting my vehicle repaired was seamless : from Nicki outlining the steps involved to Ryan completing the estimate & then the repair job. Both were great at answering all of my questions. I was informed of the progress along the way, which I really appreciated!
I dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday & the total repairs were completed by Thursday, allowing me to pick up the vehicle Friday morning. Very efficient from start to finish.
The car was completely detailed inside & out, once again looking brand new.
Nicki also arranged a rental vehicle for the time that my vehicle was in the auto body shop.
