Collision Repair and Training Facility in Kelowna

In 2023, CSN Springfield launched an apprenticeship training program in Kelowna, which is proving to be a valuable tool in excelling the careers of the collision repair industry’s up-and-coming technicians.

Working in tandem with college-delivered programs, Autobody Apprentices at CSN Springfield receive hands-on experience that counts towards their required work experience hours.

The benefit of the program is to provide apprentices with real-world experience without the pressure of a full-scale production environment.  Working in a reduced-volume shop and under the supervision of expert technicians, apprentices learn vital on-the-job skills and what it takes to deliver a high-quality repaired vehicle.
