Thanks Bill, CSN Collision in Perth did a beautiful job of fixing my Sorento after having a fender bender to the back end. Customer service was awesome, Bill was so helpful and explained everything to me. Very quick turn around and my car was not there long. From start to finish, the service was second to none! The added detailing of my vehicle was super awesome, the car came out looking like I had just driven out of the dealership for the first time. I brought my car in for repairs after an animal collision and Bill was amazing to deal with. He assisted me in securing a rental car when my car was deemed undriveable. I can't say enough about the service and quality of repairs we recently had at CSN Town & Country Collision in Perth. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to take our car after hitting a deer outside of Westport. When I first called, Bill said don't worry we can get a tow truck out to you and we will ensure your car is as good as new when we are done with the repairs. And was he ever right. The car looked amazing, the paint looked seamless and he ensured that the proper OEM parts were put on and worked out all the details and approvals with the Insurance company. There are a lot of businesses that could take their cue on what real customer service is all about! This is one of the best experiences I had in recent years. Honest, Straightforward, Helpful and completed the work early.
If you need body work done and want it done right, this really is the only place to take your vehicle.

CSN town & Country Perth Ontario were quick, professional and very caring. I did not need to book an appointment to have an estimate done. Once approval came through from the Insurance the parts were ordered and the car brought in. Repairs were completed within the time I was told.
They truely went above and beyond. The car was returned cleaned in and out.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company they have been absolutely fabulous from start to finish. This was my first insurance claim and I was feeling like an idiot, however William “Bill” put my mind totally at ease, he was so reassuring, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. My rental car was waiting for me when I dropped off my car for repair. I left my car knowing it was in good hands. The team did their magic and my car looked brand new when I picked it up, also detailed inside and out. William and his team did amazing work and I can’t thank them enough. This is a company that I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed .
