Today, I experienced the excellent service that Uptown Collision, here in Georgetown, provides. As soon as I arrived, knowledgeable and caring staff members listened attentively to me while I told them what had happened to my car. They examined my car’s problem area thoroughly and explained what could be done, offering me the best option to fix the issue. They then proceeded to execute the fix-it job meticulously!

I can not praise them enough for their automotive skills, which are very apparent. I also found that their people skills – communication and compassion – are on par with the quality of their work. So it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them.

My mom’s clear coat was peeling off in a small area and because the original work was under warranty, brought her car back to Uptown to fix and fix they did. What an amazing job and no charge. Everyone that I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. Dustin even delivered my car to me at home on a Friday!! I cannot say enough about Uptown. Thank you. I’m a very happy customer !
