ProColor Collision 32 Ave Joins Lift Auto Group and the CSN Collision Network

Lift Auto Group (Lift) has acquired ProColor Collision [ProColor], a well-established and reputable collision centre in Calgary, AB.

The change in ownership marks a significant step toward continued longevity for the well-regarded repair shop, ensuring ongoing high-quality service and greater access to advanced repair technologies for Calgary.  

Newly named CSN 32 Ave, the shop owes much of its success to Richard Chiddle’s long family history in the industry and the support of Richard’s wife, Amber.  

For 12 years, Amber worked ambitiously alongside Richard, managing their portfolio of shops, overseeing day-to-day operations, and growing their brand’s reputation for high-quality collision repair services.  

Prior to making the move to ProColor, Richard’s brother, Steve worked for Nationwide Crash Repair in the United Kingdom. Both Steve and his wife, Lisa, have worked at ProColor since it opened in the summer of 2022 and Lisa has always appreciated the family-feel of the shop, a sentiment that has not changed under Lift, “We have a dream team and under Lift’s ownership we still feel like a family owned and operated business” says Lisa.  

Former owner, Richard echoes Lisa’s sentiments, “We have a great team here, one that I take great pride in”.   

After careful consideration, Richard felt confident that Lift would continue to uphold the shop’s high standards and even enhance its offerings. Lift’s presence in the industry seemed like the best match not just for him and his team, but for the long-term success of the autobody shop. 

“I decided now was the time to sell the shop. It is doing well and to ensure its future success, the location had to join a collective with a bigger, stronger voice in the industry” says Richard.

Lisa started working at ProColor by managing the front desk and customer relations. Now, as the location manager, Lisa has a deep commitment to the shop’s success.

Lift already operates four locations in the Calgary market, making the addition of this fifth, well-positioned location a natural fit for its portfolio. 

Regional Manager, Joel Stretz joined Lift Auto Group when Lift acquired CSN Burnsland, CSN Calgary Downtown, CSN East Lake and CSN Sunridge in March 2024.
