CSN Elite – November 2024 Shop of the Month

Congratulations CSN Elite on being the Shop of the Month! A special shout-out to Daven on his well-deserved promotion to Manager. Under his leadership, Daven and his team have made great strides in improving the shop’s environment and focusing on customer satisfaction, as seen in their impressive 4.9 Google rating.

As part of their commitment to being an employer of choice, CSN Elite has strengthened their HR efforts by adding a dedicated department. They recently celebrated their first Employee Recognition Week with daily themed initiatives such as Wellness Wednesday, Trivia Tuesday, Thankful Thursday, and Motivation Monday (with a special mimosa twist).

The team is also contributing to the growth of the industry by attending career fairs and receiving many applications. Additionally, they are supporting local school districts, including VCC, with work experience placements for students.

Thanks to Daven and his team’s hard work, CSN Elite has seen impressive sales growth and significant improvements in touch time.
