CSN Gaudet’s – October 2024 Shop of the Month

A proud Licensee of the CSN network since 2007, CSN Gaudet’s Auto Body opened its doors originally in 1959 as a small family owned and operated business serving the greater Charlottetown area. The Gaudet family operated a successful business with many satisfied customers. in1993 the shop was purchased by Mervin Koughan. When Mervin and his family moved back to Alberta in 1996, he called on his brother Matt Koughan to come on board to manage the business they had left behind. Soon after that Matt became a partner and eventually took over ownership.

Matt and his staff worked on getting OEM certification. Thru the certified collision care network, they were able to achieve this goal. Also being I-car gold certified. Making certain to always follow the proper repair process as per the OEM standards and repair process. With the team process in place, CSN Gaudet’s is always in the top 5 for shop touch time in Canada and is consistently in the top spot in the Atlantic region.

Navigating capacity issues within the collision industry, CSN Gaudet’s has had excelled sales growth, consistently monitoring proper workflow and scheduling.  With their advance repair process in place, and looking up the repair process, they can capture all damages and perform the proper repairs. Customer satisfaction is also priority for Matt and his staff, they make you feel at ease during the whole claim process from the first point of contact to the finished repair.

Also involved in the local community, CSN Gaudet is the title sponsor of the Senior baseball team. The Charlottetown Gaudet’s Auto Body Islanders just won their second consecutive New Brunswick senior baseball league championship. With them wining the championship, they will represent the league at the national championship next year. They also sponsor multiple teams in the minor baseball and minor hockey leagues.
