The Customer Service Representative provides a high level of face-to-face customer service and supports customers’ needs throughout the repair process.


  • As a Customer Service Appraiser (CSA), the primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: providing exceptional customer service to our wide variety of customers. The CSA will communicate with, inform, and update all customers throughout the repair process. The CSA will also be responsible for assessing damaged vehicles, documenting necessary repairs, creating estimates using that documentation as well as procedures from the vehicle manufacturer, and ordering parts necessary for repair.


  • • Communicate any customer requests and/or needs to appropriate team members
  • • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail
  • • Provide positive energy when greeting customers either in person or on the phone
  • • Confirm repair authorization and obtain customer signature
  • • Clearly communicate the Repair process, and address all questions to ensure client’s confidence
  • • Schedule Customers for repair and assign job classification
  • • Manage Repair Order documents
  • • Manage the confirmation and reservation of rental vehicles and towing requests, as required
  • • Order parts and arrange sublet repairs as needed. Receive/store/label parts awaiting repair date
  • • Capture all prior damages on vehicle inspection sheet including photos during walk-around
  • • Communicate updates with Customers and Insurance partners throughout production
  • • Daily meetings with the production team; highlight
  • • Attend training and workshops recommended by the manager

  • • Experience with Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems considered an asset

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all customers whether on the phone or in person; provides strategic administrative support to front office staff; and ensures the effective, efficient and accurate administration of front office admin tasks.


  • Answering in-coming calls and greeting in-house customers.
  • Record keeping i.e. assignments, insurance instructions, and customer communication notes.
  • Providing administrative services in an effective and efficient manner to ensure that files are accurate and up to date.

  • 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organization skills & task oriented
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

CSN Koughan is looking for a Collision Repair Technician to join our team! We are looking for a highly motivated individual with great attention detail and a passion for collision repair.


  • • Repair Planning
  • • Remove/Re-install parts as required
  • • Repair damaged panels using proper Collision Repair techniques
  • • Preparing body surfaces for repair
  • • Repairing/Replacing key body and interior components
  • • Preparing vehicle for primer and priming where necessary

  • The Collision Repair Technician will work closely with Estimators, Refinish technician, and other Techs to ensure the job is completed properly and efficiently.


  • • 3-5 years experience as a Collision Repair Technician; either licensed or currently completing an apprenticeship
