Meet the CSN Team: Erik Barone, California Field Operations Manager

With nearly 30 years of experience in collision repair management, Erik Barone brings extensive industry knowledge and hands-on operational expertise to the role. He first entered the collision repair industry in 2003 while working with Enterprise Mobility, when he was promoted to Vehicle Repair Supervisor for the San Diego region. In this position, he oversaw the external collision repair facilities responsible for vehicle repairs and developed his expertise through collaboration with repair shops and ongoing I-CAR training, learning how to accurately write and review repair estimates.

Throughout his career, Erik has continued to evolve alongside the industry by staying current with emerging trends, participating in ongoing training, and learning from the many stakeholders he has worked with over the years. His experience managing repair facilities has allowed him to develop effective shop management practices, which he successfully applied while leading his own collision repair shops.

Among his proudest accomplishments is achieving the lowest operating cost for his Enterprise Mobility service center for 10 consecutive years. This achievement earned him the distinction of Level 3 Vehicle Repair Manager, recognizing his commitment to operational excellence and the skills he developed throughout his career.

As Field Operations Manager, Erik Barone brings decades of management experience, collision repair expertise, and practical knowledge gained from both auditing shop performance and leading repair facilities with technicians reporting directly to him. His firsthand understanding of shop operations allows him to provide valuable guidance and support to CSN Licensees.

Drawn to CSN by its reputation as Canada’s largest collision repair network and its growing presence in the United States, Erik Barone saw an opportunity to combine his industry experience with his passion for helping others succeed. He is excited to support shop owners in achieving their goals while continuing to grow alongside the organization.

Outside of work, Erik Barone enjoys spending quality time with his family, following baseball, and building custom gaming computers for friends, family, and referral clients.
