I am thrilled with the results. My 2018 Subaru Outback looks as good as the day it was purchased. Place was clean and organized. The beautiful ladies at the desk was very helpful with the whole process. Then I was intruded to Steve. This man went up and beyond especially with the rental. My only qualm was with the methods of communication. Whenever I tried to reach my rep via phone, there was never an answer, and upon leaving voicemails, I would always get a response via text. Would have preferred to just have a conversation as opposed to waiting for texts to send and be received. Otherwise, they’re responses always had the info I was looking for, and it was still relatively easy. They do a great job, and I would still recommend to others! Read less
