Amazing experience and would definitely recommend this to my family and friends so thank you CSN 427 Auto Collision and Chris Lee. My first insurance claim (not at fault) and the process couldn't have been smoother. They really are professional, efficient and ethical. I dropped off my Tesla vehicle for repair (they are a certified Tesla body shop), they had coordinated a rental car so I had another vehicle to drive off the lot in. Chris was kind enough to help me install my kids car seat in both vehicle. When I returned my rental, I forgot my work purse and they notified me right away. It's a $3,000 bag and when I picked it up, everything was inside...this alone should reflect how great they are as a company. So thank you to Chris Lee and all the staff for making this such a pleasant experience.

The team at 427 CSN did a great job fixing my car. Not only was the repair work top-notch, but they also kept me updated throughout the entire process, ensuring I was always in the loop. My car looks as good as new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They also handled all the paperwork and communication with my insurance company which made everything very easy for me.
A special shout-out to the receptionists who were friendly and professional, and also to Steve, my sales rep who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

I was recommended to 427 Auto, and now I completely understand why. Their service was outstanding from start to finish. My service coordinator, Steve, was fantastic—helpful, straightforward, and honest, which I really appreciated. The quote I received was very close to the final cost, and he clearly explained any factors that could affect the total.

Beyond the quality of their work, their communication was excellent. Steve called me when it was time to bring in my car and walked me through what to expect. They kept me updated via text throughout the process, and if I ever had questions, it was easy to get answers with a quick call.

What really set them apart was how seamlessly they worked with both my insurance company and the car rental company while my car was in the shop. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

Bella was great, she and the team at 427 Auto were very professional from start to finish. There was a bit of a lead time from the time of the accident to repair but it was worth the wait. They were upfront about costs, the repairs were done well - I was kept abreast of the progress and repairs were completed within the estimated time frame. The staff was also very sweet and accommodating when I picked up my vehicle with my kids in tow; they set them up at a station for them to wait comfortably while I transferred belongings from one vehicle to another. Great service!

Great service and great job done on our 2025 forester.
1st accident ever for us in more than 30 years of driving.
From the moment I got the first interaction, this place emits with trust and professionalism.
My insurance suggested other places that were sketchy, unprofessional and horrible. Luckily I asked the Subaru dealership and they pointed out at csn 427 auto and even better, they were affiliated with my insurance.
The price was moderate and they put every attention to details and worked alongside the dealership to calibrate the sensors and replace every necessary components.

Pretty satisfied with the work which was done. Special shout out to my customer representative Steve who was amazing and guided me throughout the process.

I had my car in for repairs for the left headlight after someone backed up into my car. The part was original Mercedes OEM which I wanted and the bumper repaired and looking as new.

The rental was already there when I came to submit my car for repairs and equally seamless process in collecting my car and returning the rental.

Overall a very pleasant experience and I would totally recommend this centre for your luxury car repairs.

Had my door repainted to do scratches on a 2024 Tesla. The service was great and everyone was professional. My rep was Michael and he was extraordinary. They made the experience simple, went in for a quote and was able to get the vehicle serviced starting that day. Received a rental and picked up the vehicle about 5 days after. I did have to come back as there was some noticeable buffering marks but they were able to fix the Cosmetic issue promptly. Overall great service.

I recently had my vehicle in for painting at CSN-427, after it had been vandalized - scratched along the passenger side front fender and door.
Micheal was my customer service representative who advised me of the process required, the cost, and the length of time needed to complete the job. A rental car was booked in advance and ready for us on the date of drop off through their convenient on site Enterprise rental car kiosk.
Michael kept us informed with status updates throughout the process. The vehicle was completed a week earlier than anticipated.
Dropping off the rental and getting back into our car was a very smooth and fast exchange.
Representatives walk with you to view the work completed and will make 100% certain you are more than satisfied.
The paint work looks like the factory finish, polished to perfection!
The service received from Michael and the staff was greatly appreciated.
I would definitely recommend CSN-427 for any paint work!

Took our Mazda CX-5 for auto repair after a scrape on our side that blemished the paint! Was greeted by Michael (absolutely amazing btw) who outlined all the fixes and took many looks at the car jotting down important info. What we got a couple weeks later is a car repaired better than when it was brand new. The bra was sized perfectly to fit, the blemishes were removed and the workers genuinely took care of our car! Would definitely recommend for anyone involved in any auto collision!

I would definitely recommend this place for anyone do need bodywork on the car. The place is top-notch. They do everything professional and a superb job on repair's . They’re also certified professionals for your cars bodywork. I don’t think you can say that for Many Body shops in the city.
