The staff are great, professional and the facility echos that as well. A breath of fresh air in the auto body industry. Their communication is great as well. They are trustworthy and the system they have in place for not at fault and not insurance paid repairs seems unique and works in my experience. My only recommendation to them is to be a bit more reasonable in their scheduling, as both times my vehicle has taken longer than originally estimated to repair. A minor suggestion to an otherwise great experience, as the five star rating reflects that. If any vehicle of mine has more than a bump or scratch, this place is the only place it’s being taken to. After it was completed, I could not believe how well the paint matched. It looked perfect. Great paint job. All my fears were relieved after I received my car back.
