When it came in I was told to just stop in when it was convenient and the would reinstall the moulding, no appointment necessary. Went in and in 15 minutes later I was on my way. Picked up my car today after getting repairs from a not at fault rear ending, and they saw my insurance had not waived the deductible. When I told them my insurance was not telling me what going on, and I didn't know what was happening, THEY CALLED MY INSURANCE FOR ME AND GOT THEM TO WAIVE THE DEDUCTIBLE SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET.

The repairs are perfect, they fixed the problem with my insurer and they detailed my car. What amazing service. Thank you CSN!! Read less
