Paul kept me updated all the progressing steps, from submitting quotes to insurance to receiving approval, ordering parts so that I was able to get prepared to bring my car in when the parts arriving! He even told me precisely when my car ready for pick up! He also neatly contacted Enterprise to deliver my rental car! Secondly all employees were pleasant and helpful!
Last but not least my car was fixed like new, and with their awesome courtesy my car was vacuumed nicely! I was so happy that I forgot about upsetting my car got hit in a chain accident!
