Got in an accident last month, my insurance wanted to take my car to one of their “preferred shops”.
I insisted with CSN automacs, as they are a certified VW/Audi/ Porsche collision centre.
I’m glad my decision came out to be better than expected.
As we all know car accidents can be really frustrating and create a huge inconvenience.
The team over at CSN Automacs, took care of my inconvenience and turned into something great. Amazing experience from handling the claim with my insurance to keeping me updated on the status of my car, overall a super smooth transition from the day I dropped off my car to the day I picked it up.
The front desk ladies were super welcoming and professional,they helped me get started with the process and answered my questions.
My repair coordination was Niall, he was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and he went above and beyond with his communication and service, he would update me with any issues or delays due to parts being on back order( not their fault, only manufacturers have control over the production of parts).
The attention to detail on the repairs were absolutely amazing, my parents even pointed out that the car looks much newer now than it did when I first got it.
Also big thank you to Santo and Kenny, as they were were super helpful with the repairs and took care of my requests( if possible).
One of my best experiences in the industry if not possibly the best one I’ve ever had.
I would highly recommend to bring your VW/AUDI/Porsche. They not only work on German cars, they also have many certifications for other brands like Honda, Nissan etc…
If I could, I’d give them 10 stars, as now days it’s hard to find honest shops who take pride on their work.
